Refund and cancellation policy

Aksharly sells prepaid credits for a digital service. Nothing is shipped: credits are added to your account immediately after payment.

Failed videos

If a video fails to process, the credit is returned to your account automatically.

Unused credits

You can request a refund for a pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable.

Duplicate or wrong charges

If you were charged twice, or charged but received no credits, email us with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay only when you buy a pack.
